‘Tis the season to be merry and watch QCTV! We’ve got new shows for you to check out over the holidays, including several High School Concerts. There’s new programs for the month of December. On this month’s District Court Show the topic is mentally ill citizens in criminal courts and in our jails. Judge Stephen Halsey presides over the discussion with his co-host Judge Elizabeth Strand. This month’s guests are Judge Jay Quam and Major Jeff Storms.
