    During the Quad Cities Cable Commission (which you can watch at www.qctv.org/videoplayer/stream.php?id=2387), Executive Director Karen George announced QCTV’s new hires:

Operations Manager Katherine Lenaburg
    Katherine Lenaburg has been appointed Operations Manager at QCTV. Ms. Lenaburg brings a deep and diverse background to the lead production role at QCTV. Her career spans 35 years providing management services with a cable operator, community/city programming, retail management, and running her own video production business. Ms. Lenaburg served on the start-up team for Continental Cablevision's local origination business, produced award-winning programs, active with Metro Channel 6 as a board member, and has experiences as a reporter, anchor, and news director. Ms. Lenaburg holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Minnesota.

Technology Manager Steve Ulrich
    Steven Ulrich has been appointed Technology Manager at QCTV. Mr. Ulrich brings more than 30 years managerial experience to his new position at QCTV. He spent the bulk of his career at Sony Electronics providing account management, technical training, and technical assistance/customer service. Steven Ulrich is Six Sigma certified and has served as QCTV’s technology assistant for the past year. Mr. Ulrich holds an Associate degree from Anoka Ramsey Community College and an IT certificate.

Administrative Assistant Sara Onarheim
    Sara Onarheim has been appointed Administrative Assistant for QCTV. Ms. Onarheim has served 16 years as an administrative assistant for the City of Elk River. She brings to QCTV city experience working with staff and the public, proficient in office applications and finance services. Previous to her city career, Sara worked in the financial services and insurance industries. Ms. Onarheim holds a Bachelor degree from North Dakota State University.

 What’s New is Warm Weather! But What's New at the Q has hot new programs just in case winter decides it isn't done yet!
Chamber Report is new at http://www.qctv.org/chambershow/ , and this month’s episode covers a variety of topics. Some of those topics include, what chamber members want from educational opportunities, the Gala Dinner and other networking events, East Main Tire & Auto, the Mayors Trail Ride.

 We’ve got several new shows for the month of March. Let’s “Spring” into action and see what’s new at the Q.

QCMR has a new episode.  Andover has new reading resources and rewards available for you as well as winter recreation. The senior center’s new activities and Highway 10 access study open house are some of the new things happening in Anoka. Champlin’s Andrews Park phase 2 is under way and the Easter Egg Hunt is coming up.  An independent company is selling government property for the city of Ramsey and Laura discusses the proper disposal method for CFL light bulbs.
